No. PepperSend connects to your existing VoIP system via its developer API. You keep your current business number and your current provider. PepperSend adds AI text-back on top of what you already have.
PepperSend currently integrates with Intermedia Elevate (all plans) and RingCentral (Hot and Inferno plans). T-Mobile Business support is coming soon. If you use a different provider, contact us and we can tell you what is on the roadmap.
